Remember, Remember, The Fifth of November.
Many of us spent the weekend out enjoying our time with family and friends attending bonfire events. Safety was taken care of by organisers for everyone to have a fantastic time keeping you safe. Many of us are ready for another night of fireworks remembering the night of Guy Fawkes. Fireworks in a home setting can be dangerous if not planned correctly so while setting up at home remember these 5 main steps.
1 - Prepare signs and tape around for the no-zone area from the fire & firework station.
2 - Ensure someone is confidence in delivering first aid and the first aid box is fully stocked.
3 - Have at hand either a fire extinguisher, buckets of water, a bucket of sand and metal litter bins.
4 - Lights e.g. torches, glow in the dark sticks
5 - No smoking zone by the fireworks.
Have a fantastic time with family and friends remember to enjoy your time don’t block out safety.

I passed my CSCS course with Libben a few years ago and was happy with the trainer and course. I have continued using Libben for my First aid and SMSTS, the trainers were great and would recommend Libben to anyone and the price was cheaper than the other course providers. Libben staff were very helpful. Will be using them again soon. - CITB SMSTSNadeem Mansha
