IOSH Managing Safely

The IOSH Managing Safely is a three-day training course that provides managers and supervisors with the knowledge and skills they need to manage health and safety in their teams. It covers health and safety responsibilities, hazard identification, risk assessment and control, accident investigation, and performance measurement, and provides managers with the confidence they need to improve their organization's health and safety culture by driving health and safety performance within their teams.

The next step would be NEBOSH qualifications such as the NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate. You could also get membership in either IOSH or IIRSM.
